John A. Hernandez, President, brings more than 20 years of active involvement in the racing industry to Thoroughbred Connection. Since joining the publicity staff at Hollywood Park for the Inglewood track’s first winter meeting in 1981, he has held key positions in marketing, media relations, and public relations at all three major racetracks in Southern California, including continuing responsibilities as the radio results announcer for the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
