Over the last 20 years, Thoroughbred Connection’s key executives have had extensive experience at all levels of marketing, media relations, public relations, and customer service at Southern California’s three major racetracks. Our direct experience includes significant contributions to successful programs and promotions such as Daybreak at Del Mar, Fiesta Mexicana, KUSI-TV 51’s live Opening Day coverage, and the popular Seaside Terrace Handicapping Seminars for the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.

Our key executives have a history of successful sales accomplishments in a variety of business areas such as information technology, project contracts and services, proprietary software sales, and broadcast advertising.

Since 1995, Thoroughbred Connection’s key executives have had extensive hands-on experience in the planning, design, development, and implementation of custom-designed technical and soft skills training projects for major corporate clients such as the Ford Motor Company, NCR, DataQuick, Intervu/Akamai, and McGraw-Hill.

Thoroughbred Connection’s key executives have been actively involved in the shooting, producing, and airing of thoroughbred racing-related news reports and feature packages with CNN Headline News, KGTV-TV 10 and KUSI-TV 51 in San Diego and KABC-TV 7 in Los Angeles.

We have also played key roles in the development of several racing talk shows including the original Thoroughbred Weekend on XTRA Sports 690 in San Diego.

In addition, our key executives have significant hands-on experience in television news/sports and commercial production at stations such as NBC affiliates KNSD-TV 7/39 in San Diego, KERO-TV 23 in Bakersfield, and KTUU-TV 2 in Anchorage, Alaska.

Thoroughbred Connection provides full-service capabilities in the areas of video production and editing. We are equipped to shoot broadcast-quality digital video with our state-of-the-art Canon cameras. After shooting, we edit your video using the industry-standard Apple Final Cut Pro software on state-of-the-art Apple G4 desktop and laptop editing systems.

Our capabilities also include the development and creation of integrated and stand-alone streaming audio and video content.
